Vegan chocolate pudding

This vegan chocolate pudding recipe is creamy and decadent. It's also free of refined sugar.




  1. Add the 2 cups of milk to a large bowl and add the salt and cocoa powder.
  2. Use a hand or electric whisk until salt and cocoa powder have dissolved.
  3. Add milk mixture to a saucepan and simmer until milk has heated through.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cornflour and the rest of the milk.
  5. Add cornflour mix to the milk and stir thoroughly.
  6. Add the maple syrup and stir thoroughly.
  7. Simmer on a low to medium heat until pudding has thickened.
  8. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Pour into serving bowls or glasses.
  10. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  11. Enjoy!
