The London Wellness Guide

Londoners concept of wellness used to be a bag of chips and a pint with the odd visit to the gym but times are changing. Now you'll find an abundance of spas, yoga studios and wellness cafes. Foodies such as Hemsley + Hemsley and Deliciously Ella are theĀ  spearheads of this new scene but London can now give LA a run for its money.

In this London Wellness Guide I'll introduce you to the best places to eat, beauty salons, mind and body classes and much more.
